Terms of Service

1. The service

EzerLeads helps you track leads, customers, quotes, jobs, payments, commissions, and (on Business/Team plans) gross profit. EzerLeads offers three plans — Solo, Business, and Team — and optional add-ons (Email, SMS, Payments, AI). Plan and add-on features are described in the app; not every feature is available on every plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Some EzerLeads features require a paid plan or add-on. Pricing, billing frequency, and payment terms will be presented to you before you're charged for anything. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing going forward, with notice before it applies to you.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period, after which your plan will downgrade or your account will be deactivated, depending on what you choose. You can request full account and data deletion at any time — see our Privacy Policy.

5. Your data

You own the leads, customer information, quotes, and other business data you enter into EzerLeads. You're responsible for having the right to store any personal information about your own customers in EzerLeads, and for complying with your own legal obligations toward them (for example, applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction).

If you're on a Business or Team plan, data your organization creates belongs to the organization, not to any one member — removing a teammate doesn't delete the records they created.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use EzerLeads for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to access another organization's data without authorization;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or breach the security of the service; or
• Resell or provide access to EzerLeads to third parties without our consent.

7. Intellectual property

EzerLeads's software, design, and branding are owned by us. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

EzerLeads is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, particularly while EzerLeads is in active development.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EzerLeads, including loss of business data, revenue, or profits.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to EzerLeads if you violate these Terms. You may stop using EzerLeads, or request account deletion, at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as EzerLeads changes. We'll update the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you directly.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
