Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your password in plain text).

Business data you enter.EzerLeads is a tool for tracking your own leads, customers, quotes, jobs, and commissions. The data you enter about your customers or business — names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, job details, quote and payment amounts, notes, and photos you upload — is stored so EzerLeads can provide the service to you. This information belongs to you; see "Your data" in our Terms of Service.

Technical information. Like most web services, our hosting providers automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address and request timestamps) for security and reliability purposes. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

We use the information above only to:

• Provide, maintain, and secure the EzerLeads service for you;
• Calculate the figures EzerLeads is built to calculate — commissions, pay periods, and (on Business/Team plans) gross profit;
• Respond to your support requests; and
• Send you service-related communications (e.g. account or billing notices). We don't send marketing email unless you ask us to.

We do not sell your information or your customers' information to anyone.

3. Where your data is stored

EzerLeads runs on Vercel, with its database hosted by Neon (PostgreSQL) and photo uploads stored via Vercel Blob. These providers may process data on servers located in Canada, the United States, or elsewhere. Each add-on EzerLeads offers (Email, SMS, Payments, AI) is currently a placeholder — no real third-party email, SMS, payment processor, or AI provider is connected yet. This policy will be updated with the specific providers before any of those add-ons process real data.

4. Multi-user organizations

If you're on a Business or Team plan and invite teammates, your organization's leads, quotes, and related business data are shared among your organization's members, based on the roles and permissions built into the app. Removing a teammate does not delete the records they created — that data belongs to the organization, not the individual.

5. Your customers' personal information

If you use EzerLeads to store personal information about your own customers or leads, you are responsible for having the right to collect and store that information, and for complying with any privacy obligations you have toward them. EzerLeads acts as the service you use to store that data; you remain responsible for it.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and its data deleted, contact us at the email below and we'll delete it within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep certain records by law (for example, financial records).

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. If you're located in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection laws (such as the EU's GDPR), you may have additional rights under those laws, which we will honour on request.

8. Children's privacy

EzerLeads is a business tool and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as EzerLeads changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
